View Full Version : Baseboard heating

I have baseboard heating and it it just not heating all the way it gets so far in the pipe but just doesn't reach the room where I have the heating system I tried to bleed it a couple of times first nothing came out second time a little water came out then the third time a little bit of air came out and still no heat. What can I do. Can you please help me.:confused:

You need to check the pressure on the system. There should be a gauge on the boiler. 12 PSI (cold) is a good starting point for most applications of one floor. With out the pressure the water will not elevate and move through the system.

The circulator pump could also have a problem but check the pressure first. Some systems have a auto fill valve that will add more water when needed.
