Before I had my first child, I was diagnosed with polycistic overies syndrome, however, after the birth of my first,my periods began to regulate. I came off the pill in augaust hoping to get pregnant. Five months later I did, however I lost in jan 24 at only 5 weeks. Since then, I period hasn't returned. How long does it take before it usually returns?
Also I have been trying since, I couldn't get pregnant that quickly can I? Hpt are negative. Any advice would be helpful:confused:

So sorry to hear about your miscarriage. Odds are you will resume periods in the next few weeks... if you aren't already pregnant. Usually ovulation returns fairly soon after a miscarriage, but of course it can be quite individual... it may be shortly after or a few weeks.
It is possible to become pregnant before you see the next period as ovulation occurs first in a cycle. Sometimes it is recommended to wait on trying to get pregnant until you have had at least one period so that it will be easier to date the pregnancy, but this is often adjusted with a scan at some point anyway.
