Am on a dependent visa and do not have an ITIN. I mailed W7 form along with a notarized copy of passport and federal return to the TX address. Just found that I forgot to mention my husband's SSN in option 'E'(Reason for submitting form W7). However, the federal tax return sent along with W7 already contains his SSN.

Please advice if I need to resend a completed W7 along with notarised passport and federal once again or wait until IRS gets back to me?

Since the SSN is already in the federal tax return, is there any chance that the IRS will process my ITIN?

Thanks

Thanks Shivs123. I did call up their helpline. They advised me to wait until ITIN people get back to me.
