I know an individual who first entered United States from Indonesia using one name which after incurring lots of debts including car repossession. Returned to his homeland and came back to United States using different name (I believe the later using working visa which he and his wife may have a change to apply permanent resident status). This couple (they have a son born in United States) have 2 different Social Security number, and file on both of their SS number. They also are receiving benefit on both account. I tried to report this irregularity to several agency with no result. I have done this for more than a year. Thanks for any info to stop this illegality.

Try the IRS. If they are filing tax returns under 2 different numbers, the IRS should look into it.
