My ex forged my signature on a passport application for my 11 year old son. What can happen to him if he is reported?

My ex forged my name on a passport application for my 11yearold son (then 9). He has takn him out of the country several times. If this is reported what can happen to him?

Well a couple of issues, since you know, how long have you known he has done this, if you wait too long to report, his defense could be that you knew for ssssss many months and did not do anything about it.
But this would be fraud and other issues, he could be fined ( most likely) or even jail itme.
