Outlook
The best indicator of Sen. Hillary Clinton's (D-N.Y.) distress is the fact that erstwhile supporters, including former Clinton Cabinet members, are badmouthing her as a very poor candidate. Inside the Democratic Party, it is already taken for granted that the queen is dead and Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) is the king."

I think she's through... I'm a supporter of Barack, from my hometown-Chicagoland, and I can hardly wait for the debates with John McSame, the 100 years of war candidate!!
Just the visual of seeing McSame and Barack behind their debate podiums will sway the election to Obama. :)

I hope so. Hillary doesn't have the temperament to be president. Even her die-hard supporters from the Bill Clinton days know she had her clock cleaned in the last two debates. Maybe she'll fire another campaign manager? Her husband, nicknamed "Slick Willie" and "Teflon President," never wanted to take responsibility for his shortcomings either. As Barack said, "she drove the bus into the ditch."

Hoping she last at least until there is an ugly floor fight at the convention . I think if she keeps it close in Tx and Ohio then she will fight on at least until Penn.
You see; her problem was that she thought she was inevidible ;so she took a centrist position . But she did not realize that she had to win over the nutroots first . When she realized this she drifted ever leftward. But she could not seize the left from the position Obama took because there has never been so liberal a viable candidate before.
They have nothing to debate about. What is the big difference between their universal health care plans ? Who is going to be compelled to participate against their will ? They have policy wonk debates because the love affair that the MSM has with the Democrats.
Why has none of them asked Obama about his Rezko connections ? Why has none of them asked Hillary about Norman Hsu ? Why has none of them asked Obama about William Ayers the Weatherman ? Why has none of them asked Hillary about her Black Panther connections ?

Why are they not taking Obama to task for running around Texas (and the nation) claiming he is the only candidate that won't take money from special interests (http://www.cjr.org/campaign_desk/obamas_lobbyist_line.php)? To date he has taken $11,345,836 from the "lawyers and lobbyists" sector according to Opensecrets (http://www.opensecrets.org/pres08/sectors.asp?sec=K).
He's taken $3,210,449 from the health care sector, $48,300 from labor, and $407,442 from ideological/single-issue donors. He's had numerous individual CEO donors, environmental organization staffers and countless donors in the financial industry. No special interest influence? Democrat candidates alone have taken in an astonishing $40,629,178 from lawyers and lobbyists (http://www.opensecrets.org/pres08/sectorall.asp?cycle=2008), compared to $13,099,545 to Republicans.

speechlesstx, didn't you know? Only Repubs take money and associate with special interests. The Dems care about the little guy and want to help her keep King George out of her private life, and balance the budget, and free healthcare, and education for all, and peace, and harmony, and love, and can't we all just get along? Anyone daring to show otherwise is a homophobe, sexist, racist, bigot. Got it? If you see anyone attacking Obama Hussein, call 1-800-xxe-xcon.

I thought the majority of all candidates took special interest money, with exception to the time before Romney dropped out. Mainly because at that time nobody wanted to donate to McCain's campaign, as the hardcore conservative base didn't support him. :)
