Here's a good one... I was at the Verizon Corporate Store the other day and I heard this song with the chorus line saying "show me along" or "show me the love". It is driving me crazy I haven't heard it since. I know it is considered a rock or pop or something of the like but no clue on the artist or title. HELP!! :eek:

Are you talking about "With Arms Wide Open" by Creed? That's what I immediately though of because of the way he pronounces the word love (could be mistaken for along). "'l'll show you love, I'll show you everything, with arms wide open"

Darn no that's not it either... trust me I have looked hard to figure out what this song is. I know its pretty mainstream I have heard it before, but never paid too much attention. His voice reminds me of the guy who sings lead for Switchfoot, but it isn't him either, at least I don't think so. The song I am sure was released sometime within this last year. :confused:

I remember a song show me the love from the 70's or 80's that I really liked I can't even remember who sang it and I couldn't find it... I think it was like a soft rock R&B I think a guy and a girl sang it

As far as I can tell that this is a fairly new release within the last year... and it had to be mainstream to be played on Verizon's broadcasting radio station!:p

Well I think in the chorus he speaks " Show me your love, show me your love" or "show me along" but I can't even be certain if those were the exact words... thank god the next time I hear it on the radio I have that Song ID thingy on my phone... :D I knew it was Switchfoot!! I finally figured it out but I had the wrong lyrics the whole time... the name of the song is "Dare You to Move" by Switchfoot. Now I can sleep at night... :D
