Can I put a lien on an estate. I had a 32 ford pick-up parked at a friends house the friend died and his son took my pick-up out of state. I have the title and all current paper work for the truck. I know there is a trustee in charge of the property and house but she will not call me. Thank you for any help you can give me.

Why not report your truck stolen?
I would think that would be a very easy and viable option here.

Yes, report it stolen if they will not return it. Also remember that on 32 trucks many states will not require a title to licesne them,
But you will need to sue the person who took the truck.
