First of all need to know why you got these tests done? Since you have Free T3 & Free T4 done rather than just T3 T4 & TSH suggests this might not be the first time you are having these tests done. May I assume that you are already on thyroid medication?
Can only answer if I know the objective of the tests. (Thyroid hormones within normal range is NOT necessarily always desirable. But let us not go into that).
But essentially your results are normal for a healthy individual without any existing thyroid problems.

Have you already been diagnosed with a thyroid problem? Are you on thyroid meds such as Synthroid?

No I have never been on any Thyroid medications and never had these tests done.

This is what the doctor chose, I do not know why this was chosen.

These are my symptoms in a list I came to my doctor with.

Long time symptoms: Top ones are the most severe.

- HAIR LOSS
My Dad is 50 and has Thicker Hair (Started to just fall out about year ago - all within a few months)
- My Sinus ?- all my life. Is stuffed it feels like its much higher up there. (if that -makes any sense) Ears feel Stuffed too. Ive gotten them checked god knows how many times and I am told they are not clogged.
- I ve noticed I've allways sweat a lot more than anyone else (Esp in summer)
- My hands have been cold for almost as long as I remember.
- I Have huge energy swings (Fell totally crap wakup and mornings - bettter in the afternoon)
- The longer I sleep the worse my mood would be.
- Memory, concentration.
- dark Circles under eyes
- boost of energy oncee I eat but down to hell I go a few hours after.

Recent developments: top the most problematic

- Increased nervousness and stone cold hands.
- I have become really slow mentally and physically.
- Past few days Dark circles under eyes got worse.
- Constant eye twitching, red eyes, and headache in afternoon.
- Ive lost 25 lbs in 6 months, I've lost my appetite.
- I started to sleep more and that didn't help but worsen it.
- I look like I'm a drug addict

Many of the symptoms you describe are experienced by everyone every day.

Have you ever had your blood sugar checked? Do you have allergies of any kind?

Yes I have last spring because I was experiencing the stuffed nose / clogged ears.

I had a complete allergy test done and came up with absolutely nothing.

It appears your doctor prescribed the thyroid tests with your colossal weight loss in 6 months. Unless this was a conscious effort on your part this would warrant thyroid investigation. Which in your case the results are essentially normal.
I agree with J_9 that you might think of getting your blood sugar checked. Also loss of memory and lethargy might also be because of vitamin deficiency (esp B12).
As for your nose block, and crappy mornings could indicate restless sleep. Could you mention without feeling prejudiced whether you are optimal weight? Because overwight may cause sleep disturbance. (Since you have lost 25lbs that might not apply)
