This is the first time I heard about printer rewinding...
Before anything else my printer is epson stylus c65
I encounter this problem when the ink out and paper out indicator is alternately blinking... I found out that I have to rewind the printer, its something about the printer's program... anyone know how and what kind of software to use in rewinding epson's printer...

Hi, avel,
I have an Epson Stylus Photo 825, and it doesn't it's "own thing", in resetting itself, with all the "noises" when the ink supply runs out, or paper is out. I use the Monitor under Control Panel, Printers, then Properties, to go to Epsons window, looking at remaining ink supply. It also shows it when printing anything.
I'm sorry but have never heard of "rewinding". I assume it means "resetting" itself.
When the ink is out, and you put in a new cartridge, push the blinking button, doesn't it reset itself?

Hmmm... I'm using continuous ink flow system... and all the bottle having its ink... so I guess its not the reason why those indicators blink...

I guess this is the disadvantage of using a continuous ink flow system...
