All right,I've searched the net for an answer and I can't find one anywhere!I'm on probation in Williamsport Pennsylvania.I want to transfer to San Antonio Texas to be with my fiancé and my P.O. tells me that my case isn't elidgable for transfer and that I need to have immediate family there to be accepted!He won't even let me pay a hundred dollars for a transfer request!My case is just for loitering and theft.I'm on probation until October 2nd 2009.Why won't he help me transfer?I'm really getting frustrated and I've been looking for ways to get to my fiancé,she's pregnant and he won't help me.Is there anything I can do?
