I have a 11 month old baby boy I was just wondering whether it would be OK if I started to wean him off the formula to cows milk within the month so when he is 12 months he is having full cows milk and it doesn't give him a tummy ache or something like so that his body gets used of it instead of giving to him I 1 go...

The wise thing to do is to talk to your pediatrician - They know the time frame for transition. Why not start giving your child more real food such as ground veggies and chicken, fruits and cut down on formula. This way your baby can get the vitamins & nutrients needed from the food. I recommend organic milk.

Hi I have a 2 boys who when they turned one their doc put them on cows milk but I waited until my doc said it was OK but they usually start them at 12 months some time 11 it depends on the doc
