Cannot remember the name of. I believe it was anime.
Anyway, it was a full movie. It was about a witch and her apprentice. She was using him to turn people into walking stones to complete her castle. He even turned animals and stuff into animal shaped bricks for her castle.
He went back to the home he grew up in and turned his parents into stone, but not his little sister. He was tall, thin, blond (I think, blond) and he wore a huge coat/cape. I think it was red.
Anyway, he himself gets turned into a stone, and I believe it's his sister who defeats the witch.
