I am currently on ARD probation for DUI. I had 3 months to complete 100 hours of community service and get evaluations and do classes. But I have 6 months probation.
I completed the classes but I didn't complete the community service nor one of my evaluations. I have been in school and had other problems so I couldn't complete it in the 3 months given.
My 3 months is up and I have to go see my probation officer but I am about 60 hours short and I have only completed part of my evaluation. What happens when I go there and tell my PO that I only have 40 hours out of 100 and that I finish my evaluation the day after I meet with my PO.
What will they do? I mean I have 6 months probation but I had 3 months to complete it all. Does anythone think that she will give the next 3 months to complete it? If not, what happens to me?

Thanks

What can happen, he can violate your probation, put you in jail pending a court hearing before the judge. The judge could decide to make you serve some jail time to teach you there were serious and help get you serious about dong what you were ordered.

Now most likely they will only warn you, maybe put you on more strict probation

If you could not finish your evaluation in the 3 months, how can it be finished by the next day? When you are dealing with the law, don't fool around. They will see your actions as disrespectful and not taking this thing seriously.

The judge is going to be very unhappy with you when he finds out you ignored his orders. You don't have any excuse that will hold up in the judge's eyes. Start doing whatever you have to do NOW as you are going to be in more trouble due to your total disregard of the law. You'll just have to face the music and whatever additional punishment they give you at this point.
