How did you determine there's no power to the pump? Did you probe the wiring? Or are you just assuming there's no power going to the pump because it's not turning on? Check the fuses and make sure none are broken.

Have the fuel pump out don't see any broken wires. Is there other fuses beside the relays?

Yes, they're the little colored plastic pieces in the fuse box(es). Odds are that the pump itself is just junk but double check the fuses anyway; sometimes they blow upon installation of a new pump, too.

Put new pump in didn't run either. Hook up old pump to power sourse and it ran.

Then it's either a bad fuse or a break in the wiring to the pump

There is a emergency shut off switch for the fuel pump in most vehicles. If in a accident it will trigger. Check your manual and it will tell you where it is. It can be re-set.. Good Luck

The fuel cut-off switch is more common in Ford vehicles.

P.S. He already found the problem; why are you still trying to figure it out?
