For the past two months some times my blower motor will come on but the blower will not start until I turn the blade with my hand. Now the blower in turning very low. It is not blowing the heat at all. Can some one tell me what need to be done.

Install a new motor capacitor of the same size and value.

if that does not work then you will probably need to replace the motor.
