My friend is 21 and I am 16. He is in the police acadmey and our parents think more is going on than is. We are just friends. And now our parents are threating to tell the acadmey. Is this against the law? Or will he lose his job if we still hang out?

No, telling the truth, that he is dating a 16 year old is not against the law.
And it is very possible that they will view this as immoral activity, since most people would view a 21 year old dating a 16 as only for sex, since nromally at those ages, there is not a lot in common. So even after the school he still will have to worry, since after he is on duty, such possible issues can look bad for him.
A relastionship of this age group may or may not be illegal, but you say you are just friends, then in headline say Dating.
So yes I would say most likely if both sets of parents report it to the academy he will lose his job.

He is too old for you to be legally dating him regardless of what you say that you are just friends. He needs to find someone over 18 and you need to find a boyfriend more your age. This situation will only cause him more trouble if he is in the academy and your parents tell them about this. If you two can wait until you are 18 then you will have no problems. He should know better at his age and attending the academy that this relationship was wrong from the git go.

You posted before that he was sentenced on 4 counts of corrupting a minor - what state was this in? I think some States are more lenient, if that's a good word - ?
