I am trying to find out where my son would go to get a Waiver for Parental Rights to give to a father who does not want his child?

Does he realize he still has to pay child support even if the Judge were to grant this?
IF he thinks the child is not his he can request a paternity test

I am trying to find out where my son would go to get a Waiver for Parental Rights to give to a father who does not want his child?
I have neve heard of such a document. What are you and/or the father trying to accomplish?

He evidently wants to terminate his rights so he doesn't have to be responsible for the child.
