in one of our living rooms, the floor is ceramic tile. at the moment, the room is empty and is basically used as storage until we get the furniture. lately, ive noticed that our little puppy has marked a few places on this floor. no, biggie, just grab a mop and go...
well, the other day, i noticed that there was almost a stain in the spot that i had previously mopped...hmmm? what to do? i ive purchased a scrub/mop combo, that seems to work at the moment, however, it seems that as soon as it dries...theres that stain and smell...please help

Ceramic tile is not porous so your stain is still on top of the tile glaze and you need to use a cleanser like Soft Scrub. If the grout is getting stained it is usually porous and now you'll need something with bleach in it.

I recommend you Lustro Italiano (http://www.ciciliotandson.com/products.php) Cleaner and Polish which is specifically designed and PH balanced for Marble, Granite, and Dimensional Stone Surfaces. Compared to other polishes and cleaners, it creates a deeper longer lasting shine
