I want to file tax refund for my husband also
He came as my dependent F2 in June 2007
He started studying and changed his status in August to F1 but he didn't had any jab
He got his first paycheck on 15 jan 2008
Do he need to file tax refund??
Secondly can I get more tax refund because my husband was my dependent in 2007?

Assuming from your name that you are an Indian national, you can claim your husband as a dependent on your tax return (Form 1040NR) because he has earned NO taxable income for 2007.
