I live in mass and my fiancé and I are planning on getting married. We are trying to get married in septemember because he is leaving for iraq I am only 16 and we would wait to be married but the sad fact is that not everyone comes home. How is it possible to get a judicail consent? How long does it take? And do both parents have to be there? And can you get married in a catholic church if you are still going to classes for confirmation?

You're a minor (in most states) and would need parental consent. For how long it would take, etc. contact your local courthouse. Also, talk to your Priest as I'm sure he would recommend pre-marriage counseling among other things.

I really hope you think more about this. Getting married at 16 is a huge life commitment and the military alone is not a reason to get married. God forbid something does happen to him.. you'd be a 16 year old widow. I guess I just don't understand why you want to rush. What do your parents think about this? Will they give you consent? You remind me of a friend who did the same as you and got married at 17 because her boyfriend was leaving. When her husband got back, they got divorced before she turned 19. Marriage (especially when you are away from each other) is very difficult and no guarantee that it will work.
