About 8 or 9 years ago, I had this book. It was a silly comedy kind of book.
It was like, a words of wisdom kind of, but it was funny. It had things like bumper stickers, and "well, it is pretty bad, but at least it's not (fill in the blank)."
I can remember a couple of quotes that came from it. There was one that said...
"Have you ever stopped to think, and then forgot to start again." and then one that said "I think everyone should be able to shoot just one person without consequences, then everyone would be a lot nicer."
I think the authors name was like Waylon something, or something Waynes.
On the cover, it had an older guy with a sign, standing on the side of the street. It was animated.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
