Hi, I am trying to find out if there is somewhere online where I can go to look up my tax return history. I have been to : IRS.gov and have found nothing that helps. Also is it true that only people in certain tax brackets will need to pay into the IRS.

There is no single website that stores your tax return history. You can request copies of your prevoius returns from the IRS ro a $39 fee, or for no fee you can request a transcript of your return, which contains all the data but in a form that is different than an actual return.
