My husband is a habitual violator for DUI. He is on Felony probation. He has had 2 Dui in the last 3 years, He was recently charged with another DUI as well as leaving the scene of an accident and driving on suspended license. How much time will he serve?

A lot can depend on the state, above all he needs a good attorney.
On average I would say 6 months to a year. But that is a rough guess

So, he has been caught driving under the influence three times in two years. That means he has probably been driving under the influence at least 300 times in the past two years. The man has an alcohol problem. Going to jail for the DUI charges won't cure him.

Start doing what you must to be financially independent. If he is willing and able to re-join you in the life you started with him, he will eventually give up having troubles. Take care of what you have to. He must seek his own cure. He can't get better for you, he needs to do it for himself.
