I am looking for a jackie Shroff movie that was on Channel 4 in the early 90's. He played a cop, his father was also a cop, but who was a lower rank.
The film starts with a young boy(Shroff) and girl walking down some steps in a flashback scene. Jackie's dad is killed by the local villians and I think his childhood girlfriend is connected to the villians in some way. He goes out for revenge, along the way his black labrador named master, is injured by the gang. He is reunited with his childhood girlfriend and eventually gets revenge. Early in the film he teams up with a friendly crook - amitabh buchcan? who is also killed by the gang along the way.
