Hi, I feel so unconfident ALL the time I have greasy, oily skin and I have blackheads all over my nose and some on my cheeks! It really does get me down I cleanse my skin twice a day, try to drink water, don't use foundation that often. Its just that NOTHING AT ALL works for me! I hate being too close to people because I'm worried they can see these blackheads. I have tried squeezing which gets rid of them for about a day. I try all those products that you can buy nothing works it really upsets and depresses me.

Have you ever tried the clear pore strips? I think that is the name. There are several brands. It's the little strips that you get wet, put on your nose/cheeks/wherever you need them/ and then they dry and you pull them off. I used to have a major problem with blackheads on my nose until I started using them. It really helps to prevent them.

I would say don't squeeze them because it can cause scarring; I know I've made that mistake before! One thing I do, and it sounds crazy, but I swear it works for me, is to use a little bit of baking soda as a facial scrub. It seems to help prevent breakouts. My grandma told me to do that, and I don't know why it works, but it seems to for me. But, I still use the pore strips. One thing however, don't use baking soda if you have any cuts/popped zits/ open sores because it will sting.

You don't mention your age. If you are a teenager, you are experiencing part of puberty. If you are an adult, you may have adult acne. In either cas, try to go see a dermatologist. That is your best bet. Good Luck

Ever heard of buff puff (or the longs knock off lol)? Its basicalla a loofa (sp?) for your face. I like to use that. And also queen helene's mint julep face mask.
The pore strips work pretty well too.

I have the same issue and nothing works. Not the clear pore strips or anything. I've gone to the dermatologist, and all they do is squeeze them out with this little scrapy thing, and that helps just as long as the strips do.
