I conceived on Dec 23d. 5 take home pregnancy tests confirmed it then at a clinic, the urine test was negative. This was on Jan 2nd. Had a blood test and it was inconlusive. On Jan 3rd, I got my "period"... it was lighter than usual but there's clots. Had to wear pads. Urine test at the dr office on the 5th tested negative again. Blood test again on Jan 7th and the HCG level's 328. Went for ultrasound and no sign of IUP or ecoptic. (Found a cyst in right ovary).
On Jan 10th, blood test again and HCG's 1338 and urine test finally positive. I was still spotting and was told that the pregnancy's normal. Spotting stopped shortly after for 2 to 3 weeks then began again but don't need pad this time. Pretty light.
Went back on Feb 8th for ultrasound and no sign of IUP, free fluids, and ectopic :(
Blood test again on Feb 11th and HCG's 6651. Still am spotting lightly.
Is this normal? I had sex again regularly after Jan 14th without condoms because I was told that I'm pregnant. Is it possible I had a miscarriage without realizing it earlier (around 3rd) and got pregnant again in mid Jan?
Since my HCG level is 6651 now.. is that pretty lower than normal for around 7 week pregnancy? Ectopic a possibility? Or pregnant again? (meaning 3 to 4 weeks now)..
HELP!! This is really frustrating and complicated for me :(
OBGYN appt's on Feb 29th :(

The HCG levels are fine considering mid Jan pregnancy. After 6000 the hcg does not increase that rapidly. But you did not mention the result of USG as to the status of the embryo. If there is no embryo nor ectopic rule out Hydatidiform Mole.

It's not mid Jan... it's Mid December. Hmm, if it's a mole.. shouldn't the HCG level be unusually high?

True. But if you cannot see an embryo on the ultrasound, and presence of HCG would suggest miscarraige or mole.
