Looking for average price to tear off existing metal roof and purlins (1100 sq ft) lay down osb decking and shingle?? :confused: :eek:
Pete1960 - It's a little hard to answer your questio because you DO NOT say ( about reframeing the roof before laying down new osb) you said QUATE - TEAR OFF METAL ROOF THEN THE PURLINS < nothing about new rafter frameing?? Now ,one other thing - I don't know what your local is ,and prices where ever you go differs. Talk to some roofing contractors in your area to get a genral idea, of the cost to do the all the tear off and reframe the roof, deck and shingle.
