The toolbar program file should be located in "Add or Remove Programs." You just delete it from there.

Go to -->Start-->Settings-->Control Panel-->Add or Remove Programs

Going to Add/Remove Programs does not remove it completely

Remove :: Safely Uninstall, Delete and Be Rid Of MyWebSearch Spyware and Adware (http://www.safer-networking.com/removeMyWebSearch.php)

Hope this will get your computer back to normal

Remove or disable the app that put mywebsearch on your computer in my case smiley central then type about:config in the Firefox search bar and then type mywebsearch in the filter box and if you have disabled the app that put it there there will be two entry's right click on each of the entries in turn and click reset on the drop-down box then restart Firefox and the bugger has gone . All the best peter
