Hi MassNutrition:
I want to get fit. I'm 51 and 5'8", 250 lbs, big belly and thighs.
I really wanna change my body type in record time.
I want my body; 180 lbs of pure muscle, no fat.
I'm thinking to use "soft" steroids to help to get my goal faster.
I'm the same guy with the lil'gyno/T-paches problem that you answered in other question about fitness, maybe you can remember it.
I know you are a steroids guru and your good answers to everybody in this forum make me feel safe asking you all this things.
Can you help me please? Some ideas?
Thank you very much, because I know your answer is going to be correct.

Hi rey, thank you for the compliment. But before I start, I just want to say that even though I am well educated in steroid use, agree with its use, and being a user myself, I don't suggest its use for everyone. I also believe that steroid use is a LAST RESORT once all other options have failed, or progress has come to a screaming halt.
I STRONGLY BELIEVE that diet and a good exercise regime are your #1 and #2 priorities, along with proper rest, and maybe supplementation (micronutrients such as vitamin C and E, and a good multivitamin).
I see no reason why you can't reach your goal. But doing it in "record time" as you put it would be extremely difficult. It's a gradual process. We all want quick fixes and we all sometimes give up easily when we don't see the results we want. Exercising and a good diet should become a lifestyle, not a fad. I usually tell my clients that if it took a year to gain the weight, then give yourself a year to lose it too. But determination has made them successful much sooner...
I have never heard the term "soft steroid" before. All anabolics and androgens can be powerful, especially at a given dosage. They must ALWAYS be respected, and never abused.
Once you get a good handle on an exercise program and "clean" diet, I would also suggest adding a stimulant/fat burner into your supplement program. This will definitely help shed any unwanted fat. But remember, there is no such thing as a magic pill! Diet and exercise first!
I can make some suggestions for fatburners/stimulants you can try in the future. Until then, create an exercise program and diet plan, post it here, and I'm sure many of us can critique it and/or fine tune it for you.
Good luck, rey!

Thanks man. I agree.
I was thinking steroides because... arms. That's my problem zone until now.
I like the "after-Canseco-baseballplayer's" arms, 80% of baseball and football athetes today has that kind of arms, b4Canseco they were fit but not those powerful and beautifull arms like they have now. I'm sorry because some people here in this forum hate steroids, but it's true. And I know about good baseball, I'm cuban lol.
I say "record time" because I see at the gym some guys to get those arms in a few months, and I'm always thinking "How's that possible?"...
Ok man, I'm preparing a rutine to do what you're saying, reading some books, Ian King etc... walking 1hour at the beach everyday, and I'll show you to follow your advice.
Thanks 4your answer 1 more time.
Rey

I'm sorry; I said "some guys to get those arms in a few months", that's not correct, I just want to say that I see their arms getting that form really fast, but I know that today's athletes arms=years training.

I can't speak for everyone in your gym, but usually everyone has an "easy" bodypart that grows fast. For those people, it could be their arms. Genetics also plays an important role in how your arms will grow, and the eventual overall shape of them. Not everyone is the same!
The only way you will be able to tell is if you start your training and see where your arms end up in a few months. It could be good exercises that work for you, it could be good diet, it could be good genetics, or for those other guys it could be the "juice"...
Good luck.
