Can anyone translate these names and date into Arabic ?

Into Arabic?

I'm looking to get it tattooed onto me, I have some sanskrit translation's but I would like to know what it would look like in arabic and would hate to end up with something that was incorrect.

September: for the euro translation is سِبْتِمْبِر
And the arabic one is أيِلولُ

Number 9 is ٩

Darren = دارين

Sara = سارة

9 September 2000 = ٩ سِبْتِمْبِر

9 September 2000

Would be

٩ سِبْتِمْبِر 2000 ?

If this is correct could someone post the text larger for me please as I'm going to copy & paste into a document I can take to my tattoo artist.
