Im here(USA) on H1B visa, basically I'm INDIAN by nationality, and I wanted to know the process of getting married in the USA, to an german girlfriend of mine. I am in a love relation with a girl when I was in germany and now we both want to get married. So I don't know anything about the rules and regulation and requirements.

So any kind of help would be really appreciated.

Each municipality as a town clerk, Generally they are responsible for issuing marriage licenses. So you would start with them. If you have a church you attend, the minister may also be able to advise.

Once you get the license you can be married by a clergyman or justice of the peace.
