I don't work, my husband does. I have defaulted student loans that my husband has absolutely no responsibility for. We file a "injured Spouse" form with our taxes so that we get the full refund. My question is, with this extra refund that will be going out this year, how will this work? As I understand it, each adult gets $600 and each child gets $300. Our family consists of me, him and 2 kids. So will the gov take just my $600 or will they take it all, or will they take none of it?

Your husband and the family should get the checks that they are entitled to.
