I am 6 1/2 weeks late! My boyfriend and I have not used protection for about 2 months. He told me that he was not firtile. But I'm not sure if I can believe that cause I have not yet started my period... I have taken many at home pregnancy tests but they all show up negative, although I have been pregnant before and then all my home tests came out negative so I did a blood pregnancy test and it came out positive, all the medical people I talk to now tell me that since before all the urine tests came out negative and I was pregnant that the hormones must not show up in my urine, so then every time I miss my period I have to take a blood pregnancy test to show if I am or not... but my problem is that I have no insurance and blood pregnancy tests cost so much without insurance.

Please any advice will help.

How old is your boyfriend ? Has he actually been to a medical doctor and had a sperm court, even a low court can still cause pregnancy, just less chance.

Also sadly too many guys lie about this, so they don't have to use a condom ( stupid but guys seem to be) Also if you are sexually active why are you not on birth control ? And remember there are a lot of STD that you can still get if he has been sexually active with someone else.

If you are in the US, go to the county health department, they do the test based on your income, with about 15 dollars about the most.

Well, what proof does he have medically? A person doesn't just declare themselves non-fertile, or shouldn't be believed just because he says something. I understand there are cases where a person will be checked, such as failure to conceive with an extended period of trying. What reason would he have to know? If I sleep with a woman who says she's not ovulating and don't use protection, whose fault is it? But this isn't about fault, though that should be something you think about for the future, this is about whether you are or are not...

Sorry, but it's a waiting game. Take a test early in the morning when you first get up, when hormones are most concentrated.

If there is still no +, you wait and do it again later.

There's no other answer than time and tests.

Is there a planned parenthood near you? They can probably help you.

Use protection from now on o matter what your guy is saying...

Go to the local medical center and see if they do a payscale by your income. I make about 400 every two weeks, and I pay $15.00 a visit to the doctor. My medications also go by my pay too.
