If your ex who has custody has remarried, and her new husband wants to adopt the child ( or children) then you can sign over your rights to allow him to adopt, and your child support will end.
If he does not want to adopt, there is no reason to sign over your rights, ( not that the judge would let you anyway most likely) since you still pay child support even if you sign over your rights unless the new partner adopts.

You cannot sign over your parental rights unless the mother is in agreement and if the purpose of you doing so is for her husband to adopt the child.

The Forum Help area is for asking questions about using this site, not a place to ask questions which is why your post was moved. Had you read some of the FAQs before posting you might have spent some time reading the many similar threads on this subject. Including a sticky that answers the question.
Bottom line is courts will not terminate parental rights unless someone is waiting to adopt or there is a dangerto the child. Why do you want to sign over your rights?
