I bring this up as I'm currently going through a breakup... well, not really. It's been about 2 months now... but still.

Last night, one of my ex's friends came onto me and I had the opportunity to go for it... but I just didn't... mainly because I just felt dirty in doing so.

SO... what'd you do out of revenge?

During high school, after I found out my ex had cheated on me I slept with her best friend

I made sure the girl who messed me up got EXACTLY what she deserved.

I met and married a wonderful woman, raised a family and now have grandkids. I have 25 years of fond memories without that girl who broke my heart.

Take that, bee-yatch!

When a former fiancé of mine broke the engagement (three weeks before the wedding) and I found out he had been sleeping with his old girlfriend plus another woman - I went into his house (still had a key). Found all his condoms and poked pin holes in every one of them.

Chuckles. I would not do something like that now. Might think about it though. Lol.

What I did, hmm I didn't do anything real crazy, but I took everything in our apartment, gifts to her from me, and vice versa... things we wrote for each other, any picture of us or my family etc, anything that would hold a memory. I took everything except a beanie of an Ernie doll (from sesame street) so in the off chance she ever realizes her mistake she will have that to cry on. If not well I have firewood for awhile(jk)

Otherwise that plan backfired lol cause now I get to look at all of it and have memories :P go figure karma got me too.

Last year, I demanded more from my boyfriend who had been draggin me along and keeping me at a distance. It was right before the summer when we would be away in different countries and he told me that although he "obviously liked me alot," we didn't know who we were going to meet during the summer. In other words, he thought he could do better than me and wanted to end things... for now.

When he contacted me this fall and wanted to meet up, I had to tell him that I actually had met someone else (which was definitely not expected). He didn't seem too thrilled to say the least.

If I hadn't moved on, I would've felt some satisfaction. But, I just felt bad for him.

::sigh:: Now I just have to learn to move on from that ex-bf who I met during the summer...

Revenge is a waste of time. I'll just let life take care of the karma.

What goes around comes around... I'll leave to karma. I'll deal with mine, and he has to deal with his...
