I have my own, new, travel business. I have been given the opportunity to take over business travel itineraries for an existing company and their employees. I need to create a letter, flyer of some sort to introduce myself, service and background. Any ideas where I can find one, no charge?

I suggest using a template for such things. Take the template and then make it your own. Microsoft Office provides free Templates (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/CT010147058.aspx). Remember my two Golden Rules when it comes to such things:

1. Less is more
2. Make the headline so good it draws them in
