I keep hearing of this "Medical Bankrupcy". I'm a little confused. I did a bankruptcy Chapt 7 about 3 years ago, is Medical Bankruptcy different? Can you file a just Medical Bankruptcy? And if not isn't there a year limit you can declare bankruptcy again?:confused:

No, not just medical bankruptcy per se. It is included in some of the many reasons people have to go bankrupt in the US with medical bills soring and no medical insurance.

All creditors must be disclosed in a bankruptcy case. This is more of a hint about why someone filed a bankruptcy because it is not a pleasant experience. I have seen doctors and hospitals sue their patients for less than the cost of the filing fee just to collect their debt. Then they file a garnishment and the patient's financial situation crumbles, leading to a 'medical' bankruptcy.
