Been together 6 months happily until 3 weeks ago.. says his heart is with me but his head says no.. says he is torn... I asked him where wer stood the other day (as in status ) said that he just doesn't know... he said that if we were broken up he would talk to me face to face... but we are not talking period right now.. do I move on I be patient.. I don't want to contact him , as a sign of desperation

From a guy's point of view, I'd say he's done. Move along.

Don't contact him. That will appear desperate and that's a turn-off. Let him be without you for a while and see what it's like. Be the stronger one. Move on and do the things you want to do, without him. He just may end up crawling back to you on his knees. Maybe not, but it's worth a shot. Either way he'll have all the more respect for you than if you plead with him or come on as though you can't live without him.
