2004 dodge ram when brake is pressed marker lights come on

Single filament bulb bridging across double filament socket. IE: wrong type brake bulb.

I've seen the bulbs do that. It took some searching to determine which one was the culprit. It could also be a faulty or corroded lamp socket.
