Hi everyone , I want to ask when you are charged with shoplifting and get into diversion as I am what does that mean -are the charges dismissed and does this hurt you rest of your life to get a good job , I know we have to disclose all this information to immigration depts but what about when you are looking for a job, please advice , thank u

Generally from everything I have heard you have to take classes. Usually you get a fine of around a couple hundred dollars. If it is your first, last and only offense you can get it expunged. Then it would not be on your record and you would not have to disclose it.

Hi, am jazz ihad shoplifting case in 4ysr before and it was first time police give me panilty of 80 pounds nothing mord not court cases.is it come in the record when I apply for good jobs.if it stay how long it stay? My all life ruined or am apply for good jobs
