I'm from india and I lost my passport I have no photocopy and I don't remembered its number help me how to know my passport number online

I just recently got mine, and with it was a card with instructions to write the number down on it and keep in a safe location. I did this because it says that you must have this number to get a lost or stolen passport re-issued. You will have to get a new one, sorry.
