Hello.

I am an international student who is on F1 visa("Not allowed to work"status).
In 2007, I worked part time job for 2 weeks (but I actually worked only weekends so 4 days in total, about 60 hours) and earned less than $600. When I started I did not know I could not work because I already had a SSN and my work place did not ask my visa status.
I realized after receiving 2 pay stubs and quit right away.

I just received W2 form from my work place and am really confused which forms I have to fill.

... so please help me. Any comments are appreciated.

Thank you!

File the return to get the refund. No taxes will be due.

If you violated your visa, it is so minor as NOT to be noticed.

Tax filing and visa issues are two different things. For tax purposes, you are nonresident and need not file tax return if your income is below $3,400.
If any taxes were withheld from your paycheck and you want refund of the taxes, then you can file the return.
