Since my Ex moved back last month, he began stalking me and my new boyfriend. I finally got fed up and got a retraining order on him after he was walking his dog at 7:30 am in the park behind my house when he lives 3 citys away. Before he was served, his mom found out about the order and has now called the cops on us with faulse drug charges and my roommates with faulse child abuse charges.

Is this a violation of the restraining order since my ex does live with his mom and would she be considered third party? And/or is there anything we can do about the faulse charges?

I believe your dispute with his mom is separate unless you can prove a conspiracy. I believe you need a lawyer and a pi/body guard on retainer. I would want a pi/body guard who is burley enough to confront your ex and possibly provoke him, and then beat the hell out of him.

Have a look at this regarding your mother. Slander-

slander - legal definition (http://www.nolo.com/definition.cfm/term/85BAB88B-0660-4AB6-A2F5C32E716A6D52)

How do you know that your ex's mother made these accusations to the police? Did they question you on this matter as well did they question your room mate as well about the child abuse? Or is this all hearsay? Need more information on this.
