I borrowed $53,000 using a friend's personal information. I did so upon the advice of an agent from Bank of America; as I told him I would not qualify. My friend had this account report to the credit bureaus and caused him to not get a loan at his local bank. How can I help him get out of the responsibiity and reporting to the credit bureaus.

Your friend just might call the police on you for your using his personal information to obtain a $53,000 loan fraudulently. I can't imagine that anyone from Bank of America would actually advise you to do this illegal activity. You need to rectify this immediately before the authorities do or you will be figuring out your mistake while you languish behind bars for a while. Better yet, contact an attorney before they arrest you.

Let me see you committed ID fraud. First you need to hire an attorney, since you can go to jail for this, esp in the amount of 53,000.
After he reports it to the credit card company and they turn it over to the fraud division for investigation. And of course no one at Bank of America will admit doing this, ( not that I really beelive they ever did)
So remember people like me and twinkie will be on the jury, and if we don't believe you, guess what the jury will not either.
So what you need to do, is pay off the loan, somehow or anyhow
I guess you can confess to everyone what you did, and deal with the criminal issues of this.

And Mr. jury foreman has the jury reached a verdict in this case? Ah gee, your honor we the jury couldn't come to a conclusion about his guilt because he is such a nice guy and because he had such a good excuse so we decided to skip that part altogether and go home and all watch TV.
Sorry. This is a scene that will NOT happen at your trial, Sir Jdbnco.
