It will all be up to what the Judge sentences you to. No one will know the true answer to this one. Everything is taken into consideration by the Judge at sentencing. If you are caught before your probation violation hearing you will be doing your waiting in jail.

Normally for DUI ( how many) and driving on suspended, maybe a weekend in jail and added probatoin.
The violaton of probation is the issue what type of probation was it, for bank robbery, or stealing or another DUI??
They stand a bigger chance of some jail time if this is a 2nd DUI , but still most likely not.
