Im doing a project on WW2 and I need to know what the U.S involvement was?(in other words how did we get apart of WW2)?? :confused:

Google us involvement in WW2 and read the first and second things that come up, if it's a project for school the rules on this site are that we can't help you do homework.

Yes, the U.S. was a late comer to WWII. Preferred to stay neutral, although had sympathy for England, just could not take that step of commitment until the bombing of Pearl Harbor in Dec. of 1941.
Now - go search!

Frankly, I think it absolutely ridiculous that you do not know what got the US directly involved in WWII. It was "a day that will live in infamy".
