I have a 1992 Honda Accord LX. After solving a long list of problems with this car, I now face a new problem: the 15 Amp fuse for the interior lights blows out when I turn the key to the ON position. Although having no interior lights is annoying, I could live with the problem except that more electrical features also rely on this fuse: the forward upper turn indicators and orange running lamps, the rear defroster, and the windshield wiper (only when using the sprayers). I have checked the wiring harnesses under the dash as best I could, but I haven't seen anything that looks bad. I have been unable to ascertain why this problem has arisen, considering I haven't done anything to any component running through this fuse. All interior lights are factory rated, the 30A fuse (the main fuse) for the rear defroster appears intact, and no other fuses are blowing out. All components will work fine while the key is off. This is very frustrating (and a bit illegal because only 2 of the 4 front turn indicators work now). Any help anyone could offer would be great.
