What's a good diet to have?
I need to eat healthier, I eat out all the time.
About 5 times a week because my mom does and she never cooks.
Should I start cooking healthier things or what do you suggest?

Yeah, it's hard when you live at home and you follow what your parents do. Even if you guys don't like to cook so much, soup, sandwiches, and salads are good to eat. Quick and easy.

I do eat lots of soups, potato soup mostyly, my fave when we go out to eat.
So I feel like I don't eat too much when we go out because usually all I eat is the soup and maybe a salad.
But if I could cook some at home.
What would be good things to?

Hopefully your potato soup isn't cream-based. That could be a problem.

If you want to cook, try cooking lean meats, make your side dishes something good like salad or other veggies. Example: Chicken, baked potato, and a salad. Or even lean beef, mashed potatoes (which can be made with skim milk), and some other kind of veggie. I don't know. Just eat in moderation and get all of your food groups and you should be fine. Also, my mom started buying spray butter. 0 calories.

Just eat a good healthy breakfast, and for lunch eat maybe soup, sandwich, fish, meat, any fruits and veggies and you could even eat something that's healthy and a little bit unhealthy like make a salad and have like chips with it but don't drink and soda or energy drink although energy drinks aren't to bad. But yea and for dinner eat something like salad, meat, fish, veggies :) hope this helped :)
