My dog, 6 months old. He's a jackrussel terrior. He pees outside but he poops inside.
Somebody please tell me how to stop this cause I have to clean another piece of I'm going to snap.

Jack Russells have minds of their own. There is a sticky though at the top of the topic Ask About Dogs. Please read that and hope fully this will help.

My female JR is 6 years and has a mind of her own. I just gave her her own room and washable rugs and just buy more TP. I gave up. She will go if I walk her for a long time after she has eaten. You might want to take out Mr. JR right after he's eaten and see if that will help.

The breed is loveable, likeable and my dog is the happiest dog I've ever owned... but she does have her little naughty habit. She's better in the summer though.

You don't need to take a 6 month old out as soon after eating as a younger puppy, but any puppy may need to be walked around to stimulate its body to eliminate. They can only walk and hold it so long. That is one advantage of crating the dog, it reduces activity, allowing it to go longer with relieving itself. So any time after the dog has been crated for a while, a nap, or a while after eating, take it out, walk it around until it has a bowel movement. Then praise it lavishly.

I hope you aren't leaving it by itself all day. If so, nothing may work.
